Ignite Gymnastics Events – Online Store Policy

Welcome to the Ignite Gymnastics Events online store. We sell event-related merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and other promotional items. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the policies outlined below. Merchandise may be purchased for delivery or, where available, for collection at Ignite Gymnastics Events competitions and events. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Ignite Gymnastics Events online store, including merchandise and spectator tickets.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable, an error has occurred in pricing or product information, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Shipping Policy

      Event Collection Orders

  • Merchandise ordered before a specific Ignite Gymnastics Events competition or event may be available for collection at the event.

  • Where event collection is available, this option will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Customers selecting event collection will receive confirmation details regarding collection times and locations.

  • Orders not collected during the event may be subject to additional shipping charges if they need to be posted after the event.

    Processing Times

  • Orders for delivery are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.

  • During busy event periods, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

    Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Ignite Gymnastics Events is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

    Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping option.

  • Orders selected for event collection will not incur shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

    Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Personalised or custom-made merchandise.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.
     

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs where applicable. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
     

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

5. Spectator Ticket Purchase and Use Policy

Ticket Purchases

  • Spectator tickets purchased through the Ignite Gymnastics Events website are valid only for the event, date, and session specified on the ticket.

  • All ticket sales are subject to availability and may be limited per transaction.

  • Once purchased, tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Admission

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry, either in printed form or on a mobile device.

  • Ignite Gymnastics Events reserves the right to refuse admission if a ticket is invalid, altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorised means.

  • Admission may be refused to anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Spectator tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.

  • Refunds will only be considered if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date. Where this is not possible, further information regarding ticket options will be provided.

Event Changes

  • Ignite Gymnastics Events reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, session times, venue arrangements, and competition formats where necessary.

  • Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Photography and Recording

  • Spectators may take photographs and short videos for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise advised at the venue.

  • The use of professional photography equipment, tripods, lighting equipment, or commercial recording equipment may be restricted without prior written permission from Ignite Gymnastics Events.

  • Spectators must comply with any venue-specific photography and safeguarding requirements.

Health, Safety, and Conduct

  • All spectators must follow venue rules, safety instructions, and directions given by event staff, venue staff, or officials.

  • Any person whose behaviour poses a risk to participants, spectators, staff, or property may be removed from the venue without refund.

  • Children attending the event must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Event Photography and Media

  • By attending an Ignite Gymnastics Events competition or event, spectators acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and live-stream footage may be captured during the event.

  • These images and recordings may be used by Ignite Gymnastics Events for promotional, marketing, educational, and media purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and future event publicity.

Liability

  • Spectators attend events at their own risk.

  • Ignite Gymnastics Events accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
